What Does the Coaching Process Look Like?

First, we'll start by setting your overall objective for the coaching process. This goal should be specific, measurable, and relevant to your personal or professional aspirations. We'll work together to ensure that your goal is challenging but achievable within the timeframe of our coaching sessions, which typically last between 5-10 individual sessions.

At the beginning of each session, we'll then set a goal for that particular session. This goal will be directly related to your overall coaching goal and will help guide our work together. By setting session-by-session goals, we'll ensure that we're making steady progress towards achieving your key objective.

Throughout the coaching process, we'll follow the standards set forth by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), which is widely regarded as the gold standard in coaching methodology. Specifically, we'll utilize the GROW model, which consists of four phases:

Maria Nemec is an internationally certified coach with expertise in both Points of You (POY) and Neurolingusitic Programming (NLP) methodologies.

She utilizes both approaches in her work, tailoring her approach to best suit her clients' needs, motivations, and desired outcomes, while following the standards set forth by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Maria's core belief is in the potential of human beings and their innate strength and power. Her mission as a coach is to guide individuals towards self-discovery, growth, and development so that they may achieve their aspirations, pursue their passions, and make a positive impact on the world.

Having undergone over a decade of personal and professional transformation – including changing careers, taking risks, founding her own company, and relocating to new countries – Maria is passionate about supporting others in their journeys towards self-actualization.
